toast theory update

 as of AGOT, toast does not exist. only mention of 'toast' in the first book is the speech kind of toast:

• "They are your people, and they love you well," Magister Illyrio said. "In holdfasts all across the realm, men lift secret toasts to your health while women sew dragon banners and hide them against the day of your return from across the water." (daenerys 31)
• After all had been seated, toasts were made, thanks were given and returned, and then the feasting began. (jon, 48)
• He made many a toast, laughed loudly at every jest, and attacked each dish like a starving man, but beside him the Queen seemed as cold as an ice sculpture. (jon 50)
