- godzilla originally lived in a sealed deep sea cavity beneath the ocean
- godzilla's footprints are radioactive
- godzilla comes from the cretaceous period when an intermediate organism was evolving from a marine reptile into a terrestrial animal
- he is 165 feet tall
- h-bomb testing in the ocean disturbed the deep sea cavity he was in, releasing him to the land and the sea
